Welcome to the miracle that is the Network! Over the past 9 years, I have been immensely
blessed by the people that make up this amazing organization, and I'm sure you will
be, too. By the grace of God, we are able to bring families together with qualified
teachers to provide educationally advanced instruction in a Christ-centered environment.
The Network assists families as they continue to home school their children through
the high school years.
The Network is for families who are actively engaged in the home schooling process.
Our classes are a supplement, not a replacement for home education. We meet on Mondays
at Grace Church, 4200 E 25th Street, Des Moines, IA. Students receive one and a
half hours of instruction per week for each class in which they are enrolled. During
the rest of the week, students complete homework assignments, work on projects,
read course material, and study for upcoming quizzes and tests. Parents should help
students organize their schedule for adequate studying, review assignments before
they are turned in, and maintain good communication with teachers. Parents also
have opportunities to assist the Network community in various capacities.

Home School Families,
We want to alert you to a few changes this year that concern registration.
Registration Dates:
May 3 — Returning Network families
May 17 — New families
July 31 — Registration will close for all families
Test Scores:
If you have a student that is new to the Network, you must submit current test scores.
See the FAQ page or the Academic Achievement page of the Registration for a complete
listing of acceptable tests.
Course Descriptions and Prerequisites:
Considerable information is available at the click of your mouse. To learn more
information about a specific class, simply click on the course listed in the “Classes”
tab. Some information has changed from last year, so please read carefully.
Shirt / Sweatshirt orders:
This year you can download the shirt/sweatshirt order form from the homepage. It
is located on the left column of this page (T-shirt Order Form). Shirts/Sweatshirts
that are ordered during the summer will be available for pickup at Orientation.
They can also be ordered at Orientation and will be delivered on the first day of
class.
Used Book Sale:
If you have created a Network login, you have access to the Used Books section where
other Network families have Network class books for sale. The books sold here are
ONLY for Network classes. Make sure that you sell/buy books that are the appropriate
editions as listed in the course descriptions. Teachers will only use the editions
that are specified here.
Family Login:
If you are having trouble with your family login, please click “Forgot your user
name and password” button. If you still are having trouble, contact the registrar
